Anyone on Mirena IUD have a 24-7 'lump' in their throat?

Have the coil in now four years. And I don't remember that. The side effect I got were bad cramps for months after in was put in. And my moods became very flat and also I was very teary. This lasted about six months. But different people have different side effects.
