Can I run my car on fuel additives?

You can't run your car on JUST additives. The mixture would be too hot and you would more that likely burn your engine up. For a while you would get great performance. But, eventually you would burn your engine up. Unless your engine is built to run on high octane fuel. Even then you would have to be careful on how hot you make the fuel.
