Im obese :'( :'( :'(?

i have been watching a program called the worlds fattest man and it has really got to me :'( x i really dont want to end up like him !!! i am 17 nearly 18 and i weigh 17 stone !!!! the only thing i think will work is to put more weight on the get a gastric band !! i can not diet ! i know every one says that but i seriously cant i have a serious problem with food i also work so i dont have time to exerceise !! i cry myself to sleep every night its getting that bad :'( i dont know what to say to my gp if i go and ask them about it because they will just say they same thing as every one ''DIET'' ,, it just doesnt work for me !!
