IM 13f and wanting to know how to get phlegm up silently, I never learned how other girls do it .?

I have bad allergies so I have phlegm and I hack it usually ( i know its bad for a girl to do) and my mom cant stand the noise so I wondered how to do it silently. If anyone knows, it would be very much appreciated with knowing. I had misspelled words so I am re-posting my question.
