Can any on give me ideas as to what I can do to make it easier??????

My husband and I have been together for about 8 years and I was told that it becomes easier for women to have an orgasim the older they get. Well I am close to 30 and it seems as though it is getting harder for me to have an orgasim. Its not that my husband does not do it right because he does well it just takes like an hour to an hour and a half before I climax. Sometimes I dont have one at all. It can be very frustrating for me and I know that it is for him. Its so frustrating that I dont even have the strength sometimes to have anymore. I just do it for him. I have always been like this and I dont know why. Can any one give me ideas as to what I can do to make it easier? I have vibrators that I use during, but that does not work all the time either. Any help would be appreciated. And dont be rude about it. This is a serious problem that can ruin a marraige.
