Need a 30k loan w/bad credit?

I am in need of a 30k personal loan to consolidate my debt, not to obtain new debt. I am trying to do the right thing and finally get everything in control. The problem is my low fico and credit history. Does any one know of any companies that can help with funding? I am willing and able to pay this back. Good advise or references would be greatly appreciated!
