Does my friend have feelings for me?

My friend is always telling me stuff that he can't tell his own girlfriend. He can't open up to her he says. Well yesterday, I was sittin on the couch and he came sat all close to me, and this couch is big he could of sat on one side instead he sat right next to me, than after a while he got up and went got his water and came back and layed down by me. Whats up with that? Does he like me? He's always teasing me and doing stuff for me.
