Modeling Diet/Excercise Tips?

have been doing small modeling here and there and have decided along with my acting to go a bit further into the heart of things...living in Ohio, Im planning on taking my business to Chicago, where things are a bit more lively! However, the physical condition I'm in now isnt what it needs to be. I've never been one to go to any extremities, but Im always looking for a better way to workout or eat right. I am a vegitarian, so NO meat inclusive things for diet please! Another note, Im only fourteen. Yes, I've heard it before, its a young age.Also, i am a steady 113 although my goal is about 103. Simple enough, but i want to stay that way for a long time. Not just quick. Im Also 5'1...not blessed by height but im doing more commercial and ad work anyway ^_^ So really what im asking for are links suggestions and ideas for dieting and maybe even a good 4 day excercise regimen or plan? Its alot but i figure i can pop it all into one question. Also if you do know of any agencies that you have experience with in the Chigago area please tell me who/ how they treat(ed) you/etc. Thank you very much friends! :3
