Help with a rescued German Shepherd?!?!?

You need to set her up to succeed by putting the garbage out of reach and pick up her poop before she can eat it. Never punish a dog as it only makes them fearful. Redirect all unwanted behavior into an acceptable behavior. It will take time,consistency and patience but will be most rewarding for you both.
