My casio exilm camera casing has got a slight dent and hence an opening at the top of my camera?

because of that, there is a lil bit of dust inside my lcd screen. how could i repair it? do u think my warranty would? cos i doubt so. and any idea if its worth repairing cos i think i need to change my whole casing which includes my lcd screen right?
