Whats the best way to cover a crappy paint job?

Ok i just bought a house and my bathroom is gross, they painted the walls red then took a skin colored thick paint and literally threw it on the walls everywhere and the paint is like standing off the walls and i need to cover it up. I dont have the money re-drywall the whole room so i need a cheap easy way to paint the room and cover the crap up. Im tired of my bathroom looking like a murder scene. So if you have ideas please tell me and pics are helpful and appreciated!!!! THANKS SO MUCH IN ADVANCE!!!
