Tax question - Can someone please explain what this means in plain English?

it means that if you claimed a child ( said yes that you have one) that was 17 years old or younger on your tax return for 2007 which is this year's current tax year and that child lived with you for the whole year you may take the exemption/deduction. So if you do have a child yours or not under 18 that lived with you all of 2007 you are eligible for the Kansas Food Sales Tax Refund.
