I'm scared to go to eastern europe because of human trafficking?

some of my close friend's are planning a trip to Ukraine and i'm not going and nor do i plan on changing my mind, because i'm a fraidy cat i guess. i'm scared that we'll be snatched up like on Hostel but instead of being used as murder objects, we'll be sold into slavery. among this group of friends is my bestest one and i fear the same thing will happen to her. D:
