Is it normal to not be able to fully straighten your arms after bicep curls?

I have been doing bicep curls with my improvised weight (Orange juice jug) and its almost 10lbs and my biceps feel like they have a good workout but is it normal for me to not be able to extend my arms all the way after the curls? It doesn't hurt too, but my bicep muscles feel like really stiff rubber bands now lol.
