When does the UPS truck pick up packages from the UPS store?

Hey, i ordered a pogo stick with UPS ground shipping and the package arrived at jacksonville, FL this morning at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time and it still has not departed from there. When should it depart from there? because it is only about 3-4 hours away from where I live
