when a youngster is as you have described its time, i know the mom said she hated it when she was young but i get the feeling that she doesn't want to see that her daughter is growing up, the way she will be teased and picked on will be horrible, arm pit hair traps oder, for her daughters personnel Hygiene and well being the mom must reconsider.
