I am 27 5'10 285 I wanna be like 240 because im a big build anyways I played HS football as Linebacker. And Now 2 kids and a wife later I am gonna hit the gym. I just quit smoking 3 weeks ago so do I need to do Cardio or Weight lift or both I play bball at the gym when i go. but I don't know what to work on what days and such.
