Scared of having another baby but i want one so bad!?

I had a beautiful daughter in 06 and my husband and I want another child. We want three more children eventually we are planning to start trying for our second baby in december. I am afraid though because I am terrified of needles and of I.V's and hospitals. I always have been. I made it through my last pregnancy but every time i had to go to a doctors appointment i was scared out of my mind about the blood work, I was terrified of the IV and So afraid of the epidural that i waited too long to get one and only got a partial spinal med. I also had to get a measles mumps and rubella vaccine before i left the hospital. It may sound stupid but I want another baby so bad, and I just want to know if there are any ways to try and calm yourself about the blood work and the epidural or if there are any alternatives to the epidural that do not hurt or any hopsitals where you wont have to have an IV. I am just so concerned of being petrified the whole pregnancy. birth doesnt scare me just needles
