Legitimate (not nasty) suggestions please?

I was involved w/a FWB situation well sorta in the 3 years i've known this guy i've slept with him like 5/6 times and the rest of the time was online conversation (he lives 20 mins away). I found out he was seeing his neighbor (married chick) and she flipped out when she found out we hung out one night 3 hrs before she snuck over to see him. Anyway she dumped him...he freaked...they talked, promised the usual crap to each other (she's gonna be fling for divorce after she goes to visit family out of state) he had to send me this email. don't read it ..warned me about it via phone and asked that i not contact him for awhile cause she had his pwords and he had to prove himself to her. Okay fast forward to now. I saw him online a couple of night ago........after night 3 i said hi no I don't know why.. we had a conversation....and he said he wasn't around much for now but i could had him to my buddy list. I seriously need closure to all this cause i dont' want to be part fo the drama
