Do i have a broken nose?

Dude sorry for the bad luck but you still have your sense of humor. Your nose could very well be fractured but I'm more concerned about your neck. You should really go have it checked out. Many people walk into the ER with a neck fracture as odd as that sounds but it's true and it sounds like you took quit the hit. It's possible to really have something seriously wrong with such a blow that would snap your head wrong. Just go have it looked at. Good luck!
