Am I the only one who notices some races are just better than others at certain things?

If when people migrated away from africa their skin colour changed from black to other shades, is it not extremely likely that other attributes of the race adapted to their new enviorment as well? For example the jungles of Africa could not form civilizations due to the very rugged terrain and therefore remained hunter-gatherers which required more athletic ability which explains why blacks are most often winners in physical sports, moreso I beliive in general than other races. Could this not also explain why asians display more mathematical ability. We like to all beleive we are the same, but I dont think we are I think some races are suited better to certain skills. The iniut evolved so that they retain fat very easily, like there are so many examples I can think of, so why couldnt this affect atheletic ability, mathematical ability, etc.
